so di na kelangan mairita sa House... there is something big going on.. something that I won't even spoil for you.. pero I'm pretty sure lahat ng nagbabasa nito ay di sumusubaybay sa House..

I won't be using any images because it is one of the most depressing episodes by far... and episodes like these should be given the respect it deserves.. napaka-panget nung kabuoan ng season 5.. at kung gano ka-panget ang season 5.. ganun ka-ganda yung season finale.. expect season finale ng season 2-ish (the one written by David Shore.. kung saan may bumaril kay House and in the end.. yeah)

expect a Darren Aronofsky's Requiem For a Dream feel of the last few minutes.. and expect regular House MD for the remainder of the show..
